MGM Interactive was a unit of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer that distributed video games based on the studio's films and properties. It was established in 1994 and its first released video games were Blown Away for Windows and Macintosh and Wirehead for Sega CD.

In July 1997, The company also bought Orion Interactive, the short-lived video game division of Orion Pictures.

After 2007 with their last release Rocky Balboa, MGM licensed games will be using the standard MGM logo.
