MO82
The MO82 is a 70 meter high high-rise building at Moosacher Straße 82 in Am Riesenfeld in Munich. It is located directly at the underground station Oberwiesenfeld of the line U3, north of the Olympic Park.
Description[edit]
The MO82 was built between 2017 and 2018. It has 21 floors, making it the 17th highest skyscraper in Munich and the 20th skyscraper in the city.[1] It houses a hotel, offices and student apartments. The architecture was designed by Hilmer & Sattler and Albrecht as well as Steidle Architekten.[2] The construction costs amount to around €50 million. The building is located on the former production site of Knorr-Bremse AG on Oberwiesenfeld.[3][4]
