MO82
The MO82 is a 70 metre high high-rise building at Moosacher Straße 82 in Am Riesenfeld in Munich. It is located directly at the underground station Oberwiesenfeld of the line U3, north of the Olympic Park.
Description
The MO82 was built between 2017 and 2018. It has 21 floors, making it the 17th highest skyscraper in Munich and the 20th skyscraper in the city.[1] It houses a hotel, offices and student apartments. The architecture was designed by Hilmer & Sattler and Albrecht as well as Steidle Architekten.[2] The construction costs amount to around €50 million. The building is located on the former production site of Knorr-Bremse AG on Oberwiesenfeld.[3][4]
