Early Life
Mac was born in Saint Petersburg, Florida, where he lived for 13 years before moving to New York City. He attended Shorecrest Prep a private school in Saint Petersburg. Before moving to New York he would spend his time at Tropicana Field home of the Tampa Bay Rays and Derby Lane, the oldest greyhound track in America with live greyhound racing from 1925-2020.
Career
Mac got his start in minor league baseball working with many teams before the major league baseballs realignment. Following the 2020 season he worked with both minor league and independent baseball league teams. In the 2022 season Mac worked with the MCBL a summer baseball league in the New York Metropolitan area.
In February 2022 Mac signed as a horse racing contributor for multiple media groups. He has made appearances for horse racing on News 12 and other visual media groups aside from his work and has worked with Monmouth Park and Meadowlands Racetrack this current meet. An avid racino worker Mac tackled on greyhound racing with starting up and managing multiple media outlets for the 2022 season with major coverage on the WVGOBA Panhandle [7]Championship at Wheeling Island Hotel-Casino-Racetrack in Wheeling, West Virgina. Mac hosts live racing videos and shows for greyhound races often and looks to bring back greyhound racing to a national level.
Mac also owns and operates his own racing company known as Mac Davis Thoroughbreds, a syndicate with many micro-shares in horses throughout the world.
Mac Davis Thoroughbreds
Mac entered the Thoroughbred racing portal following the Belmont Stakes buying his first race horse share in a six year old bay gelding named Gold Link[10]. Mac started Mac Davis Thoroughbreds, a horse racing share syndicate and owns many shares in race horses in the USA and throughout the world. As the 2023 season inches closer Mac hopes to have more race horses in the winners circle as well as a hopeful Kentucky Derby winner.
Mac purchased multiple shares in horses in October from the Owners Group UK, not one of his many stable partners "I'm thrilled to work with a great team across the sea and look forward to seeing success in some of our recent investments," said Mac in a press release for Mac Davis Thoroughbred Corp. "I cant wait to visit the winners circle with the Owners Group soon!"
Working in the Equine Business has been something that Mac has fallen in love with. Since starting in 2022, hes worked hard to learn more about the racing world from working in media for horse racing as well as working directly with stables to learn more about the business. Furthermore, hes become an owner of multiple racehorses and a co owner of others who race all around the world. A grade one winning owner and Kentucky Derby winner, Mac found a deep love for thoroughbred and standardbred racing getting the ins and outs of the industry.
WLiR Stables has been one of Mac's top partners working with me on the NYRA circuit helping manage the stable with multiple winning horses like Vintage Hollywood, and Weekend Rags and a couple of unraced two year olds ready to light up the NYRA track. UTCB Stud LLC has also worked with us for social media with multiple winning horses that race in the PA Sire stakes.
On the standardbred side Mac has worked with Funky Munky stables and have been able to invest and own with the stable ca on one of their former runners Shes A Sassy Beach who won twice for us. Mac has also worked with Hold The Line Stables and they’re partners to bring more partners to their brand
