Mac Laren Oil or Mac Laren Estaleiros e Serviços Marítimos is a Brazilian shipbuilding industry founded in 1938. Its shipyards are located in Ponta d'Areia and Ilha da Conceição in the city of Niteroi, Rio de Janeiro.
In addition to ship repair and maintenance, the company is focused on the construction of ships and oil platforms.
MacLaren Estaleiros e Serviços Marítimos has built ships for the Brazilian Navy and for the Chilean Navy.
