Madagascar three-banded plover or (Charadrius bifrontatus) is a bird in the family of Charadriidae that was normally native in Northern Madagascar. This species was also related to the Plover species.

The Madagascar three-banded plover was officially named or described in Madagascar in 1882 by Jean Cabanis, (a German ornithologist.)
Recognized species;
- C. bifrontatus, 2014 (Del Hoyo and Collar.)
- C. tricollaris, 1990 (Sibley and Monroe.)
Distribution and habitat[edit]
Likely to live in the forest and sometimes find food in the field. Live in a warm (20°-30° selsius) (68°-86° farhenheit).
