Madhusudan Halder
Madhusudan Halder (born 2 April 1987) is an Indian interior designer and entrepreneur. He is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ideal Eyes Interior, a Kolkata-based luxury interior design firm recognized for crafting high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects across India. With over 430 completed projects, Halder is regarded as one of the emerging names in India’s interior design landscape.
Early life and education
Madhusudan Halder was born in Diamond Harbour, West Bengal, to Dadhiram Halder and Sabita Halder. He completed his early education at Jagadishpur S.K. Institution, Mandir Bazar. Pursuing higher studies, he earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Netaji Subhas Open University. Driven by a passion for aesthetics and architecture, he later obtained a Diploma in Interior Design from Habitat Academy, marking the beginning of his design career.
Career
In 2010, Halder founded Ideal Eyes Interior in Gariahat, Kolkata. The firm began with small-scale residential projects and gradually expanded to include commercial, retail, and hospitality interiors. His designs emphasize functionality, spatial balance, and modern elegance while integrating sustainable materials and client-specific aesthetics.
