Madura Kulatunga (Sinhala: මධුර කුලතුංග) is one of the famous person in Sri Lanka information technology field. He is well known for his software development project Madura English-Sinhala Dictionary.[1] Madura Kulatunga is studied at Royal College, Colombo. After his high school he is successfully completed Master of Science in Information Technology degree at Sikkim Manipal University.[2]

Developer of "Madura English-Sinhala Dictionary" which has become the most popular computerized English Sinhala dictionary and language translator has been distributed free of charge protecting the truly Sri Lankan qualities even in an era where every thing is sold for money. Madura Dictionary software version received over 850,000 downloads.[4]

Sri Lanka standard Sinhala Unicode compatible online web edition of "Madura English-Sinhala Dictionary" has been launched on http://www.maduraonline.com/?find=Mother internet web address with the idea of getting the contribution of everyone for farther development. Madura Online is one of the top 50,000 sites in the world and within top 100 sites in Sri Lanka.[5]
