Mahfuzur Rahman (born 27 August 1985) is an artist from Bangladesh. He is the Vice President of Sikder Group of Companies.[1][2][3]

Mahfuzur Rahman was born on 27 August, 1985. He is from Dhaka, Bangladesh. He completed his BBA & MBA (finance) from the University of Dhaka, and Ph.D. fellow (econometrics) from Pebble Hills University, DA, US.[1]
Career[edit]
He is the vice president of Sikder Group of Companies.[1] His preferred medium for painting is “Acrylic on Canvas” and he follows the impressionist & Modern Art. His paintings’ basic concentration is on Landscape and Nature.[1][2][3] He is the founder of ‘Obscure Artists of Bangladesh’ (OAB)..[4][5][6][7] He was a judge of 'Paint Off 2020', a tournament of arts.[8][9]

- First Bangladeshi artist to reach semifinals at UK Artist of the Year exhibition 2021.[10][11]
- Achieved the "Artist Value Certification" by the Artmajeur Art Gallery, France.[11]
- Runner-up at 40th Artavita Art Contest on 2020.[10][11]
- Has been selected for the 'World Art Dubai' event to be held for Bangladesh in March 2022.[12][13]
