Mai Lin
Mai Lin began her career in porn doing short film loops.[1] Before the advent of the Video Cassette Recorder, porn arcades consisted of booths that could be rented, where short film loops could be viewed in private. Mai made the leap to hardcore feature films in the mid-1970s. She was an active and prolific porn actress until the early 1990s. Born in 1953 in Oakland, California and of Chinese descent, she was known for her beauty and her alacrity on stage.
Very popular, Mai Lin was inducted into the AVN Hall of Fame in 2005 and the XRCO Hall of Fame in 2007. Many of her videos are available online and as DVDs such as "MAI LIN Collector's Edition", "Mai Lin vs. Serena".[2]
