He is one of the investors who are interested in the start-up generation in Vietnam and other countries; In 2017, on the terminal system (news for the global financial field with 350,000 accounts) of Bloomberg posted a news that Vietnamese billionaire, Mai Vu Minh, had invested 400 million USD in start-up field in Vietnam and many countries in the world.[4]


In 2018, Mr. Minh represented SAPA Thale Group to sign a bilateral investment cooperation with Dubai Investment Development Agency of Dubai Government (DUBAI FDI), investing in projects of billions of USD between Vietnam and the Middle East. Currently, Mr. Minh is promoting bilateral investment cooperation with Governments and Groups of countries, according to IBTimes UK, receiving the invitation of Dubai Ministry of Economy - Investment and Dubai Investment Development Agency of Dubai Government (DUBAI FDI), leaders of SAPA Thale Group, including Mr. Minh, Chairman of the Group, has come to Dubai to work with Dubai Investment Development Agency of Dubai Government (Dubai FDI) and leading groups such as Dubai FDI, Emirates NBD, DP World, DIFC, DMCC...[5]

In June 2019, Mai Vu Minh accepted the invitation and paid working visits to Bosnia and Herzegovina President Milorad Dodik, Serbia First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dačić, and Srpska President Zeljka Cvijanovic.[6]
