Majid Torkashvand
Majid Torkashvand, born in Tehran in 1974, is a Saxophone (Alto, Tenor, Baritone) and Clarinet player.
He holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering and is one of the certified artists of Jupiter and Vandoren.
He has been a musician for 23 years and learned playing Saxophone from Parviz Shahbazi. He has been a band member of some of the most famous Iranian pop singers like Naser Abdollahi, Majid Akhshabi, Farzad Farzin, Omid Hajili and Morteza Pashaei.
Majid has been a member of the Pop Orchestra of Tehran for 5 years and is a full-time Saxophone teacher now.
