MAKE A WISH BD is a Travel & Tour Operator in Bangladesh, founded in 2017 [1] by Sarwar Zahid, Khondker Saifur Rahman, Md Arifur Rahman and Pritom Das. Headquartered in Dhaka, Bangladesh[2] the company provide Vacation & holiday packages, Cruise & adventure Packages, hotel bookings, all sorts of air tickets, VISA processing, and white-label services along with FIT, GIT for Corporate for their Incentive management trips. Make A Wish has offices in Dhaka, Rajshahi & Khulna in the country.[3]
The trips of Make A Wish are designed to take the stress of moving abroad out of the scenario so that first-time travelers don't have to feel nervous about going on a trip by themselves. Make A Wish ensures a safety net which means that even if they get on the plane on their own we are always in their pocket giving them the guidance they require to make it work overseas.[4]

The idea for Make A Wish came when the friends, Sarwar Zahid and Khondker Saifur Rahman spent their vacations in different travel destinations and they faced various challenges in those vacations. With the learning and mapping the variations made to step Experiential Travel Agency on Bangladesh.
The meaning of Experiential is, the team only serves the area where the already visited with experience themselves and only serving that area to fulfill customers Experience. Initially started in a one room office at Nodda area, Dhaka as a travel agency and struggled a lot to survive the company.
Later on, references from family and friends helped and a major turnaround came when the company reformed and started serving small travel agencies as B2B partner.
- In 2018, Make A Wish got registration under Joint Stock Companies & Firms of Bangladesh.
- In 2019, Make A Wish launched it’s online air ticketing platform Ticketkato[5]
- In 2019, June, Make A Wish become Authorized Agent of Thailand Embassy & UAE Immigration to Submit Visa applications for Customer.
- In 2019 end, Make A Wish introduce first time home pick up and delivery service for VISA and other services in collaboration with D2D Solutions[6] Bangladesh.
- In 2021, Make A Wish launched allow users to book flights and tour packages via Telegram. Users can activate the autonomous interactive program by sending a message and the booking bot will guide users through the end-to-end process.[7]
- In 2022, Make A Wish became first Bangladeshi travel agency to introduce complementary insurance facility for their customers, under which customers will get death and accidental coverage. [8][9]

Sarwar Zahid, Khondker Saifur Rahman, Md Ariful Islam and Pritom Das were the early investors in Make A Wish.
In 2020, Md Ariful Islam and Pritom Das left the company and currently Sarwar Zahid and Khondker Saifur Rahman own the company with equal stake. [10]

In, 2017, Make A Wish certified by Civil Aviation Of Bangladesh as a Registered Agency to operate.[11]
In 2018, Make A Wish become authorized Reseller of Tirun Cruise for Royal Caribbean Cruise package selling.[12]
In 2022, Make A Wish became pioneer to provide insurance coverage for all of their employees and their family members in Bangladesh.[13][14]
