HRM Mamaga Hoeflewo Dadzi II(Born Mary Adoma Attakorah on 22 july, 1982), is a Ghanaian Paramount Queen of the Penyi Traditional Area and from the Anyinu Royal Gate, Penyi in the Ketu North Municipality of the Volta Region of Ghana . Her Royal Majesty is a Passionate Queen with a zeal to help end [Abuse] of all forms including Trauma and Neglect. As Paramount Queen, she is custodian of Tradition and that means ensuring that Women and Children embrace themselves and find the real Genius within them as it should be, for only then would Society be free of the malevolence it’s fraught with today. Women and Youth Empowerment is at the root of all her drive and she believes that for this to become a reality our men must cooperate and be involved in the process. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5]


Personal life[edit]

Mamaga Hoeflewo Dadzi II was born and raised in Accra. She is the mother of three angels, she's privileged and proud to call sons.

Education[edit]

Her Majesty had her elementary education in Teshie-Accra with the 48 Engineers Regiment and in 1994, went on to the Awudome 3 Junior Secondary School and then to the Saint Monica's Girls School in Ashanti Mampong for her Senior Secondary education where she Studied Business. She was a Student Leader in Charge of Studies.

Her Royal Majesty holds a BSc. (Hons) in Business Administration from the Methodist University College - Ghana in 2009,where she studied Business Administration with Finance option. She was the Vice President of the Student Representative Council of their Batch.

She was awarded a CERTIFICATE IN ENTREPRENEURSHIP by EMPRETECH in 2016

Mamaga also holds a MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATE from ERNST & YOUNG (EY) which she obtained in 2016.

The Paramount Queen was also awarded a CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION in Organic Cultivation and Agribusiness Management in 2016, by the Africa Agribusiness Management Institute sponsored by GIZ.

Career (Public Sector)[edit]

Her Royal Majesty started her career with the Ghana Statistical Service as part of the Core Welfare Indicators Survey (CWIQ) in the year 2000. She was later employed and worked with the Electricity Company of Ghana in Tema as Customer Relations Assistant between 2003-2005. Mamaga assumed the position of Systems Assistant in Charge of Prepayments between 2005-2014

She was Promoted to the Cape Coast District of the company as Commercial Officer between 2014-2017, where she was responsible for District Commercial Operations and Leadership, Extensive Marketing, Revenue Mobilization and Debt Scheduling.

Private Sector[edit]

Mamaga was the Founder and CEO of Empyreal Design and Build Limited. A company she founded and operated between 2011-2019 to meet the need for International standard space design and installation services in Ghana’s Real Estate Sector. She later bought a Franchise from Barrisol Normalu in France to be better positioned to serve and bring variety to clients.

Her Royal Majesty is also the Founder/CEO of Organic Agrofields Limited.

she Co-founded Friss Ghana Limited and was it's CEO between 2016–2019. FRISS is a joint venture multinational start up in Green Energy (Solar) and Organic Production of Vegetables in Sustainable Greenhouses with Partners from the Netherlands ( Friss Holding BV), with the target to empower women farmers in Ghana in cooperation with Government.

Ama Adoma International Foundation a Non-Governmental Organization(NGO) was also founded by Her Royal Majesty.

HRM Mamaga Hoeflewo Dadzi II has been the Chairperson for the Organization since it's inception in September 2019 till date.

The Foundation was founded to bring Awareness and Assist Women and Children get out of the Psychological ( Mental Health) and Emotional consequences of Physical, Emotional, Psychological and Sexual Abuse and Neglect, embrace Healing and leave the victim story behind and find the genius in them. With this Foundation,the Paramount Queen hopes to see a World where Women and Children don’t have to be Victims or Survivors, but one where they thrive.

Ama Adoma International Foundation was set up with the vision of the prevention and treatment of Abuse, Trauma and Neglect, as well as ensuring that its identification and Care, is fully integrated into Healthcare and Society so that people of all ages are safer and healthier. It is the mission of the Foundation to Help Women and Children connect with their Value and Worth within, and Heal Emotionally and Psychologically, after Trauma and/or Neglect, thereby standing in their Power and leaving behind the victim story associated with the past and reclaim their Creative Genius.

Her Royal Majesty is currently the Founder and Executive Chairperson of Sirius Acres Limited, founded in 2021 as a subsidiary of Ama Adoma International Foundation. Sirius Acres Limited is an Agro-Processing and manufacturing Company in the FMCG Sector, under the Government's 1D1F Policy initiative.

Mamaga ascended the throne of the Penyi Traditional Area as Paramount Queen (Nyornufiaga) on the 23rd of January 2021 and is presently holding this Office. Mamaga Hoeflewo Dadzi II based on her ascension to the throne, shall be addressed as Her Royal Majesty(HRM) Queen of Penyi.

As Paramount Queen, her vision for the role is to be an example worth emulating by other women and especially the Youth and to serve as an inspiration to them. Her Royal Majesty is desirous of helping others aspire for greater heights and success with what life throws at them.

Hoeflewo Dadzi II holds the title, Her Royal Majesty(HRM) Queen of Penyi. Her monogram is a Personal Flag seen on all State invitations, Royal party invitations and Envelops. Her Royal Majesty(HRM) has a Royal Seal stamped on all Her documents also bearing her signature.
