Mandela effect is a conspiracy theory[1] that was pointed out by Fiona Broome back in 2009.[2] This conspiracy theory is defined by that a mass number of people recall that an event occured but it hadn't.[3] The name of this theory was brought by Nelson Mandela, people thought he died in prison in the 1980's, however he died of pneumonia in 2013.[4]

Popular examples of the Mandel effect: In the movie Snow White by Disney films, the people recall that the Queen says: "Mirror mirror on the wall", but actually she says "Magic mirror on the wall".[5] In the children's book Berenstain Bears by Jan and Stan Berenstain, people recall that the title was spelt Berenstein with the letter e, but it is actually slept Berestain with the letter a.[6] In the Star Wars movie by the creator George Lucas, people recall Darth Vander saying: "Luke, I am your father", but he actually says "No, I am your father".[7]
