Manfredo I Pio (died 12 September, 1348) was a condottieri and the lord of Carpi, Italy until his death. A member of the Pio family, he was born to [[Federigo Pio and Agnese da Gorzano. In 1318, he took possession of Carpi by force, with the help of Giberto III of Correggio. In 1331, he was invested as vicar of Modena by the King of Bohemia. Exiled to Verona by Nicolò I d'Este, in 1336, he was returned as Lord of Carpi by conceding Modena to Obizzo III d'Este. In 1344 he was captured by Filippino Gonzaga.

He was succeeded as lord by his son, Galasso I Pio.
