†Manica andrannae is a species of ants tribe Myrmicini from the subfamily Myrmicinae (Formicidae). Europe, Eocene amber (33.9–37.8 million years ago): Russia (Baltic amber). The first finding of this genus in fossil state, having plesiomorphic characteristics of some features (the propodeum with a weakly convex dorsum and short, blunt tubercles, and by a more angular petiolar node). These features bring Manica closer to a sister genus Myrmica.
