History

In 1899, Escuela de Derecho de Manila was founded by Don Felipe G. Calderon, also known as the "Father of the Malolos Constitution" [1]

Supreme Court Justice Felix Angelo Bautista continued the tradition of the Escuela de Derecho de Manila, but in the 1930s, he changed its name to Manila Law College as part of the Americanized system of education in the Philippines.[2]
