Manila Waterfront City is a proposed mixed-use planned community to be built on a 318-hectare reclaimed land in reclaimed land in Manila Bay. It will be constructed at the back of Quirino Grandstand in Rizal Park up to the breakwater of Manila South Harbor.[1] The project was approved by the Manila City Government in 2017 and construction is expected to commence by 2020.[2] On 2019, the Philippine Reclamation Authority approved four reclamation projects to commence construction, but Manila Waterfront City is not included.[3][4]
