Marc Perez Gutierrez (born 2004), known professionally as Marc Perez, is a Spanish film director, screenwriter and producer from Torelló, Catalonia. His short films include ¿Hay Alguien Ahí? (2024), SACKMAN (2024) and GƎNƎSIS (2026).[1]

Education and career

Perez studied cinematography direction at ECIB in Barcelona, after previous film training at ESCAC.[1]

In 2024, Perez made his directorial debut with the horror short film ¿Hay Alguien Ahí?.[1] The film was included in the short-film selection of the 2024 Festival Internacional de Cine de Terror Caligari, where it was listed as a Spanish short film by Marc Pérez.[2]

Later in 2024, he directed and wrote the horror and fantasy short film SACKMAN. The film has a running time of approximately seven minutes.[3] Perez is credited as director, screenwriter and producer of the film.[3]

In 2026, Perez directed and wrote the science-fiction short film GƎNƎSIS, a 16-minute film starring Neus Aranda and Martin Complot.[4]
