Marcel Escoffier

Marcel Delphin Escoffier (29 November 1910 - 9 January 2001), better known by his stage name Marcel Escoffier, was a French costume designer.[1] He started his career as a costume designer in cinema in 1938. In 1945, he assisted Christian Bérard on Beauty and the Beast. During his career, Escoffier was also a costume designer for the theater and for the opera.[2][3]
