Marco Filippeschi (born 15 August 1967) is an Italian former professional tennis player and senior competitor on the ITF World Tennis Masters Tour. He reached a career-high ATP singles ranking of No. 221 on 22 August 1988.[1] As a senior player, he won the Over 50 World Championship in 2017,[2] reached the ITF Masters World No. 1 ranking in the same age category,[3] and won the European Over 55 Championship in 2022.[4]
Biography
Filippeschi was born in Tuscany and trained at the Circolo Tennis Grosseto, where he achieved his first national junior results. He competed professionally during the late 1980s and early 1990s before continuing his career at national level and later on the international senior circuit.
Professional career
Filippeschi turned professional in 1988 and reached his career-high ATP singles ranking of No. 221 on 22 August 1988.[1]

- Winner of the Bulgaria Satellite Circuit (1988)[2]
