Maria Alzigkouzi Kominea (born 21 March 1995) is a Greek synchronized swimmer.[1][2] She was to compete in the 2020 Summer Olympics, but the Greek team was disqualified due to a swimmer testing positive for COVID-19.[3]

Her father is Libyan and her mother is Greek from Kalamata[4]
