Marianna Felici

From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

Marianna Felici is a research scientist at the Center for Space Physics at Boston University. Her primary research interests include ionospheric structure, giant planet magnetospheres, magnetosphere-ionosphere coupling, ion composition and distribution in planetary magnetospheres, and particle detectors in space physics.[1]

Education[edit]

Felici received both her Bachelor's and Master's in Physics from La Sapienza Università di Roma, Rome, Italy. In 2016 she received her Ph.D. in Planetary Science from University College London, London, UK. She specialized in Planetary Science, Space Plasma, and Magnetospheric Physics.[1]

Career[edit]

Felici began her career in 2017 as a postdoctoral associate at Boston University's Center for Space Physics as a research scientist, focusing on MAVEN ROSE mission support, as well as ionospheric radio occultations at Mars and Cassini Data analysis.[1]
