Title

Marion Navarro is a French model, television personality, and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Franche-Comté 2022 and placed as 2nd runner-up at Miss France 2023.[2] In 2025, she gained national recognition by winning the reality television competition Pékin Express.[3]

Early life and education

Marion Navarro grew up in Baume-les-Dames, a commune in the Doubs department of the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region.[4] Her parents were both business managers.[4]

Navarro completed her secondary education at Lycée Jules Haag in Besançon on a sports excellence track.[4] She subsequently moved to Paris to pursue higher education at the École Internationale de Mode (EIDM).[5]

Beauty pageant career

Regional competitions

On 11 September 2022, she was crowned Miss Franche-Comté 2022 in Pontarlier, earning the right to represent the region at the national competition.[6]

Her regional campaign generated exceptional local support, with over 300 residents of Baume-les-Dames traveling to support her election.[7]

Miss France 2023

Navarro entered the Miss France 2023 competition as a leading favorite, ranking first in pre-competition public polls with 25.8% support.[8] In the final ranking, Navarro placed as 2nd runner-up (deuxième dauphine), behind winner Indira Ampiot of Guadeloupe and first runner-up Agathe Cauet of Nord-Pas-de-Calais.[9][10]

Professional career

Modeling

She is represented by Banijay Talent through their Talent Lab division, which specializes in celebrity marketing and brand partnerships for macro-influencers.[11]

Television career

Navarro has served as a protocol hostess for the Tour de France, working with the yellow jersey ceremonies in both 2023 and 2024.[12][13]

Pékin Express victory

In 2025, Navarro competed in the French reality competition show Pékin Express.[3] She competed in the show's twentieth season, titled "La Route des Tribus Légendaires," alongside partner Cécile Wolfrom, the former Miss Alsace 2021.[14]

The 42-day adventure took place across Tanzania, Mozambique, Lesotho, and South Africa. The production deliberately presented the duo as "les étudiantes" (the students) rather than "les Miss" to emphasize their academic achievements and challenge stereotypes about beauty pageant contestants.[15]

Navarro and Wolfrom won the competition in what M6 described as "the closest finale in the show's history," securing victory by just 1 minute and 30 seconds.[16] The victory earned them a total prize of €10,000 (€5,000 each), with the final episode airing on 5 April 2025.[17]
