Marjorie Harvey[2] (born October 10, 1964) is an American fashion designer, socialite, and entrepreneur. She is the third wife of Steve Harvey.[3] In 2007, Harvey founded the fashion blogging company "The Lady Loves Couture".
Early life and career[edit]
Marjorie Elaine Ridge-Woods was born on October 10, 1964,[4][5] in Memphis, Tennessee, and is the daughter of Doris Bridges.[6] Shortly after high school, she began her studies at the University of Memphis but never graduated due to low academic performance.[7]
In 2007, she began a career as a fashion designer.[8] In 2010, Steve and Marjorie started The Steve and Marjorie Harvey Foundation.[9] After the success of her works she launched her fashion and lifestyle website "The Lady Loves Couture" in 2014.[10] Harvey has walked the runway for Dolce & Gabbana's 2017 Milan Fashion Week;[11] and she also established online shopping websites Marjorie Harvey Closet and Marjorie Harvey Handbags.[12]
