Mark Jewell is a best-selling author, coach, speaker and nationally recognized subject matter expert focused on energy efficiency. He provides professional sales training services to organizations such as Honeywell, PG&E, Hawaii Energy and Belimo, empowering their employees to overcome barriers to implementing efficiency projects.[1][2][3][4]

Jewell's experience includes over 30 years in commercial real estate and 20 years in energy efficiency.[5] He is the founder and President of Selling Energy in Burlingame, California.[6] He is also a member of the National Speakers Association, delivering keynotes both nationally and internationally.

Jewell is the author of the Wall Street Journal bestseller Selling Energy: Inspiring Ideas That Get More Projects Approved!, a series of essays on advancing energy efficiency.[7][8] The book earned accolades from the Axiom Business Book Award, The International Book Award and The Reader Views Annual Literary Award.[9][10]

Earlier in his career, Jewell helped the US EPA deploy both the ENERGY STAR Buildings Program for Commercial Real Estate and the Portfolio Manager benchmarking tool.[11] He is a graduate of The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he specialized in Economics and Finance.[12]
