Mark P. Trolice
Mark P. Trolice, M.D., FACOG, FACS, FACE is a board-certified Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) specialist....[1] and the founder, CEO and director of Fertility CARE: The IVF Center in Winter Park, Florida. He is a professor of obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Central Florida College of Medicine and is double certified in both REI and Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) and a fellow in the American Colleges of OB/GYN, Surgeons, and Endocrinology.
Dr. Trolice serves on the editorial advisory board of The Journal of Assisted Reproduction and Genetics and Ob.Gyn. News[2], is a reviewer for medical research journals, and on committees for the American Society for Reproductive Medicine [3] and the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology. Dr. Trolice has conducted an published scientific studies in medical journals. The Harvard Common Press published Dr. Trolice's book on January 7, 2020, entitled, The Fertility Doctor's Guide to Overcoming Infertility: Discovering Your Reproductive Potential and Maximizing Your Odds of Having a Baby [4]. Dr. Trolice founded the Fertility Health Podcast, which he currently hosts [5]
Career
Dr. Trolice is the former division director of REI at Orlando Health's Winnie Palmer Hospital[6] and past President of the Florida Society of Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (FSREI). Double Board-certified in REI and OB/GYN, Dr. Trolice maintains annual recertification and has been awarded the American Medical Association's “Physicians’ Recognition Award” [7]
In 2018, he was awarded the “Social Responsibility Award” by the National Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Association[7]. Trolice's foundation, Fertile Dreams, raised hundreds of thousands of dollars by hosting seminars to increase fertility awareness and awarding the Embracing Hope grant to three couples per year, providing $10,000 per family toward in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatments. [8]
In 2021, Dr. Trolice was awarded two teaching awards by the University of Central Florida College of Medicine in recognition of outstanding instruction in Obstetrics and Gynecology Medicine and outstanding clinical performance in the diagnosis and management of patients.[9]
Dr. Trolice is a regular commentator on Central Florida news media on fertility and obstetrics-related topic including appearances on CBC, NBC and ABC local affiliates, appearing on WESH-TV, WKMG-TV, WOFL-TV, and Forbes[10]. [11]

Personal Life
He was born in Bayonne, NJ and studied medicine at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Trolice eventually married, and while in residency at Jersey Shore Medical Center, he and his wife realized they too had infertility struggles while he managed and cared for patients having the same issue. After 10 years of treatments including multiple IVF cycles, Trolice and his wife eventually adopted their five children. Trolice also completed a Fellowship at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine in 1996.
