Markos Dubinin
Markos Dubinin (Aracaju, December 26, 2006) is a Brazilian activist and social organizer, known for founding the framing movement in October 2022. His work is frequently associated with the development of framing ideology and leadership within the so-called Harpia Group, in which he is credited as one of the central figures.
Born in Aracaju, Sergipe, Dubinin began his participation in social initiatives during adolescence, demonstrating an interest in organizational movements and alternative political theories. In 2022, he founded the social movement Enquadralista, which would become his main public brand.
Between 2024 and 2025, he was away from his position as chancellor for more than a year. He returned to the position after the departure of [[Christian de Castela[1]]], resuming his functions within the group's organizational structure.
The Enquadralista ideology, created by Markos Dubinin[1], is based on the proposal to "frame" individuals according to their own values, gifts, and potential, seeking to harmonize personal characteristics with social responsibilities. The movement gained local notoriety for its conceptual formulations and the organization of political and social debate events.
Dubinin is identified as one of the key figures in the leadership of the Harpia Group, along with Daniel Pires Barreto, a group associated with the development and dissemination of framing ideas. His participation includes internal coordination, articulation between members, and the elaboration of ideological guidelines.
In addition to his theoretical role, Markos Dubinin became known for organizing conferences and meetings in the city of Aracaju, Sergipe, where he promoted discussions on politics, social structure, and human development within the context of framing.
