Marooned Awakening (film)
Marooned Awakening is an upcoming 2022 thriller, starring Murray McArthur, Cameron Ashplant and Tilly Keeper.[1]
Premise[edit]
The Film follows Alex, a young aspiring journalist, who is eager to leave his island home for a better life in the city. The film shows Alex on a journey as he attempts to understand what happened in a serious boat accident, which had resulted in a hospitalization. Whilst investigating this story, Alex is forced to revisit some distorted memories of his loving girlfriend, Emily, and his father, a grieving angler. [2]

Production[edit]
Principal photography took place on the island of Guernsey in September 2021. The film is produced by Across the Channel Productions and Ivy Gate Films and it is set to premiere in September 2022 [4]
