Maropost Inc. is a Canadian unified customer engagement platform that provides marketing automation, ecommerce and transactional delivery SaaS products.[1] It is headquartered in Toronto, Canada with development offices in Chandigarh, India with an additional office in Chicago, Illinois.[2]

Ross Andrew Paquette founded Maropost Inc. in 2011 as a customer-centric ESP.[3] The company has won the Deloitte Fast 50 awards consecutively from the year 2015 to 2019[4][5] and is being used by 300 brands, including New York Post, The Digital Marketer, Golden State Warriors, Warby Parker, Shop.com, and Mercedes-Benz.[6]

Controversy[edit]

In 2020, Maropost Inc. has suffered from a data breach. According to the company, the vulnerable data was restricted to one Virtual Machine that had a subset of Message Transfer logs and had a data retention policy for six days.[7][8]
