From 2004 to 2007, Füllenbach was responsible for the development of Voith Turbo in Heidenheim, and between 2007 and 2012 he was a Member of the Management of the Engine Manufacturing Department, combining the positions of the President of Marine and President of Voith Turbo Schneider Propulsion GmbH. & Co. Becker GmbH, a machine-building company in Wuppertal; he headed the advisory board in September 2021.
