Marvel Superhero Universe are three upcoming lands that will be opening at Disney California Adventure in 2020, Hong Kong Disneyland in 2019, and Walt Disney Studios Park at an unknown date. [1]

Disney California Adventure[edit]

The version at Disney California Adventure will be taking up the current space of A Bug's Land along with the now closed 3D show It's Tough to Be a Bug! in order for the land to be anchored by the nearby Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: Breakout! attraction. A Bug's Land will be closing by the end of the summer of 2018 to make way for this new land. Disney however has yet to confirm the attractions for the land.

Hong Kong Disneyland[edit]

The version at Hong Kong Disneyland will be entering phase 1 in 2019 which will be including a new themed area that will include an exciting attraction where guests team up with Ant-Man and The Wasp. This new attraction will join the Iron Man Experience, which opened in 2017 and will be taking up the area where the former Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters attraction used to be.[2][3]

Walt Disney Studios Park[edit]

The version at Walt Disney Studios Park will be replacing many different attractions of the park including Moteurs... Action! Stunt Show Spectacular, Armageddon – Les Effets Speciaux, Studio Tram Tour: Behind the Magic, and will include a re theme of Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith.[4] On top of this, the park will also be including hosting Marvel Summer of Super Heroes from June 10 to September 30. Where "Some of our favorite heroes will take the stage for a brand new, live-action super-production featuring cutting-edge special effects and spectacular projections."[5].
