Mary Nyarko Omale popularly known as Mary Got Fit is a Ghanaian female IFBB Professional Bodybuilder and fitness trainer.[1][2] She is the first woman to ever compete in the Female Figure category at the Man Ghana Competition.[3]

Mary completed Teshie Presbyterian Senior High School in 2013.
Career[edit]
The Ghana Bodybuilding Fitness Association counts Mary as one of its members. As the winner of the Lady's figure competition at the 2019 Man Ghana Competition, Mary Nyarko qualified for the NPC Pro-qualifiers held in Amsterdam, Netherlands.[4]
Mary represented Ghana in South Africa at the NPC Worldwide African Pro Qualifier on December 9, 2021 where she finished second in Open Class B.[5]
