Mary Robinson is a 6th generation farmer from Albany, Prince Edward Island, Canada. The family farm, Eric C. Robinson Inc., produces mainly potatoes. She is also managing Island Lime Inc, another family business. She serves on the boards of associated companies PEI Agromart and Mid-Isle Farms.[1] She holds a degree in economics and business from Acadia University.

She’s the first woman president of the Canadian Federation of Agriculture (CFA) in its 84-year history[2]. She is also a board member of the World Farmers' Organisation.[3]
