History

The story of the company began when founder Domenico Marzocco settled in Monaco, where he collaborated on main projects such as Saint-André and three buildings named Michelangelo, Botticelli & Donatello in 1983.

Since 2007, Claudio Marzocco is CEO, Luca Marzocco and Daniele Marzocco are Managing Directors [1], Domenico Della Bella is Manager.

Major construction projects

The Marzocco Group has been involved in major construction projects including

  • Michelangelo, Botticelli & Donatello (1983), 3 buildings of 8 floors in Fontvieille.
  • Les Gaumates (2010), a luxury residential building with a view of the Monte Carlo bay.[2] The building is an 8-storey villa in the Belle Epoque architectural style.
  • Ilôt Rainier III (2012), a 4 building project gathering 243 apartments as well as a parking space.[3]
  • Odeon Tower (2015), a double-skyscraper in the Principality of Monaco, and the first high-rise in the city-state to be built since the 1980s.[4] As of 2019, the Sky Penthouse is said to be the most expensive apartment in the world. [5]
