Matkai Burmaster is a Canadian Actor and Director who co-founded the streaming service Fearless which showcases inclusive independent movies and shows. Matkai is also known as an LGBTQ advocate and a voice for representation and inclusion in the film industry.

Matkai Burmaster was born and raised in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada to mother Bev Burmaster and father Patrick Hansen.
Activism Work[edit]
Matkai is known for his activism in the spaces of inclusion and diversity. He is most known for helping foster inclusive spaces for LGBTQ people in education & film environments.
Education & Career[edit]
Matkai Burmaster is the co-founder of Fearless.
- Matkai Burmaster studied in the Arts Education Program (formerly the Performing Arts Program) at Sudbury Secondary School where he majored in Dance and Drama in addition to completing the SHSM and French Immersion programs.
- Matkai Burmaster was the founder of a summer drama camp program for kids and teens in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada called Verve Drama Camp.
- Later, he would create Verve Sudbury (also referred to as Verve Arts) which was an extention of the summer programming into full-year programming with its own dedicated location.
- In 2016, Matkai Burmaster launched the Fearless streaming service with co-founder Deanna Widmeyer, whom he studied with at Seneca College in the Acting for Camera & Voice Program led by Mark Ingram.
