Matthew Longjohn is an American physician and politician from the state of Michigan.
Longjohn graduated from Portage Northern High School and Kalamazoo College.[1] He earned his Doctor of Medicine from Tulane University School of Medicine in 1999 and completed his medical residency at Northwestern University.[2][3] Longjohn served as the national health director for the YMCA.[4]
In the 2018 elections, Longjohn is running for the United States House of Representatives in Michigan's 6th congressional district against Fred Upton.[1]
Longjohn married his high school sweetheart, Valerie, and they have two sons. They live in Portage, Michigan.[1]
