Matt Morsia

Matt Morsia (born 1986) is a British fitness influencer, bodybuilder and television personality from Kent.[1]

Morsia is known by his Instagram account, and from his YouTube channel. He is also one of the Gladiators in the 2024 British sports entertainment show with the same name. His stage name is Legend.[2]

Career[edit]

Morsia maintains his body by training up to six days a week. He has won Championships bronze medals in long and triple jump, and silver medal in winning powerlifting.[3]

After retiring from international competitions, he continued performing to a huge audience becoming highly successful fitness influencer and professional YouTuber[4], and amassing over 355 million views. In 2020, he released his first book, 'The 24/7 Body', which became a Sunday Times Bestseller, upon its release.[3][5]

From January 2024, he can be seen in Gladiators as "Legend",[2] whose cocky, "heel-like" character has became easily the most popular and "loved" since the relaunch of the 90's success show.[6]

Personal life[edit]

Morsia, standing 6 ft 1 in,[7] is married with Sarah Morsia[8], and they have two young sons; Luca and Mauro.[9]
