Biography[edit]

He was born on May 6, 1986 in the Estación neighborhood of the city of Minas (Uruguay).[1]

In 2007 he emigrated to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Canary Islands, Spain). He was a student in creative writing workshops given by Antonio Arroyo Silva, Aquiles García Brito, Alexis Ravelo and Pedro Mairal.[2]In 2016 he settled in Barcelona (Catalonia, Spain), the city where he published his first novel "El último combatiente" (2nd edition, 2019). [3][4]

His next literary project, Selva de hormigón y lagartos, (Editorial Amarante, 2022), was awarded one of the scholarships in the 4th edition of "Montserrat Roig Writing Scholarships, 2020", awarded by the Barcelona Institute of Culture, under the program "Barcelona UNESCO City of Literature".[5][6]
