Maximum Diner

Maximum Diner: Making it Big in Uckfield is a memoir by Christopher Nye (brother of Simon Nye). It tells the story of Nye's attempt to set up an American-style diner in the small town of Uckfield, East Sussex, United Kingdom. The diner is still operational, although under different management.
