Maxtallies

From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

Maxtallies, was born in the year 1995, in the city of Accra, Ghana. Not only a rapper[1] and hip-hop artist, he is also a singer, songwriter, and model[2] as well. His influences are Kanye West, Wu Tang Clan, Frank Ocean, and Lauryn Hill. Initially starting as a battle rapper, he began his career when he started making beats for his friends, then went on to ghost write songs. Maxtallies always felt connected to rap and songwriting, even from the very beginning. Maxtallies is a new and upcoming star because of his ability to get to the heart and soul of what people are really going through. His song “Neighborhood[3]” perfectly capitalizes on the empathy he has, because it truly gets to the nitty gritty of what it is like for an African-American growing up in the world today; with all the racial oppression, a failing education system, ignorance in the community, and much more. Creating his own beats, making original melodic and inspiring sounds are one of Maxtallies biggest passions. He perfectly merges older beats, tones, and sounds with the newer beats of today, which results in incredibly amazing, one-of- a-kind beats, that are always interesting and very dynamic. Compassionate and engaged with the problems facing the African-American communities today, and empathetic to the issues plaguing society as a whole, Maxtallies speaks for the masses. He is a voice for the voiceless, and a leader for the community. He believes in justice and peace above all else, and as far back as he can remember, he has been commenting on social issues using his insightful and awe-inspiring music. Even at the tender young age of 10, Maxtallies was already writing poetry that got to the heart and soul of the matter, giving people something important to think and talk about. Maxtallies considers music and rap to be one of the main outlets that he uses to deal with the state of the world as it is today. He deeply loves rap, and sees it as a way out of the chaos; a truly cathartic way to artistically show what humanity is going through right now. Other amazing influences that Maxtallies credits to his success, as both a rapper and songwriter, include Cunninlynguists, Blackstar, Solillaquists of Sound, Immortal Technique, and none other than Michael Jackson himself. Aside from “Neighborhood”, his most popular song to date, Maxtallies has also written and recorded other meaningful singles including “Props”, “Resurrection Man”, “Plane Ticket” and “Cause For Celebration”.
