McCoon Crossing is a hamlet located in the Town of Columbia in Herkimer County, New York.[1] The hamlet was formerly served by the Delaware, Lackawanna and Western Railroad.

Martin McKoon settled in the area in 1796.[2]:363 The hamlet was formerly served by the Delaware, Lackawanna and Western Railroad, which ceased operations in the early 1990s.
