Jesse Tyler Ridgway (born September 29, 1992) known from the internet as McJuggerNuggets, is a YouTube personality, content creator, director, actor and comedian. Best known for the Psycho Series which has been viewed by billions across the globe. The series helped grow his influence online which led him to progress further towards creating StoryFire.[1], he is one of the founders alongside Brian Spitz. Jesse regularly posts a video to his YouTube channel, including his StoryFire channel, where he gives the occasional update on his life or the expected episode to the series he is currently producing. He also does live streams on Twitch. As of May 2020, Jesse has been viewed 1.8 Billion times and has 3.98 million Subscribers on his McJuggerNuggets channel alone. He has 194,373 Subscribers on his StoryFire channel as of May 2020.
Early Life
Jesse Ridgway was born on September 29, 1992 to Theresa and Jeffrey Ridgway Sr. He is the youngest out of two siblings (His elder brother is Jeffrey Ridgway Jr.). Not much is known from his childhood era, but Jesse has confirmed that his most traumatizing year during his childhood was when he was 8 years old in 2000–2001, in which Jesse had his legs paralyzed as a result of walking through hot asphalt[2]. During the same year he was attacked by one of his childhood dogs[3]. He was immediately taken to the hospital in both events. In his videos he has shown brief clips of his childhood which shows him playing with Georgie Stahlberger, confirming he had befriended him sometime before 2002. Jesse has said many times that he has always enjoyed film making ever since he was younger, he loved telling stories and told them through stuffed animals, allowing his imagination to form. When he came across YouTube he could finally share his passion with others.
In 2010, Jesse became a graduate of Arthur P. Schalick High School, by June 2014 he had graduated from Rowan University with a degree in Film, he initially struggled to pay off his debt until he managed to pay it off with money made from YouTube. His graduation celebration can be seen within a video he uploaded onto his channel[4]
YouTube Career
Jesse Tyler Ridgway started his YouTube Career on December 9th, 2006 under the name "McjuggerNuggets". He started by uploading comedy and gaming videos, most of which took part in Halo 2 and throughout his YouTube career he has occasionally referred to the game. From 2008 he began to upload short comedic skits with his friends and family members where he made jokes and references, this is what would later lead to his success from the Psycho Series. In 2009 Jesse began his first series "Overachievers", where he and his friend fall out over the loss of an Xbox, leading to a battle between groups of the characters with a strong desire to achieve. This series came to an end in July 2009. Almost a year later, in March 2010, Jesse came out with his second Series.
