Idam Chidozie Okoro (born January 15; professionally known as MC Chido)[1][2] is a Nigerian US-based singer and songwriter.[3]
He is known for featuring a fellow Nigerian artist J. Martins on a song “Skele” [4][5] and fellow artist Pardon C on a song Ogogoro.[6]
Early life
Mc Chido is a native of Amangbala village in Afikpo.[7] He was born to Late Mr. Joseph Okoro Idam, an insurance broker and Late Mrs. Christiana Ogwu Okoro, an entrepreneur and a singer; both of the same village. Mc Chido left Nigeria for the US in early 2002[8]
Career
In 2019 he performed at Panafest, the event was held at the Silver Spring Civic Center in Silver Spring, Maryland.[9]
In 2020, he dropped his single titled Gbana that shot to the mainstream.[10]
