MDEX[2] is a decentralized exchange (DEX) and a DeFi platform that built on Binance Smart Chain - (Known as BSC, now is the largest exchange in the world in terms of daily trading volume of cryptocurrencies), Huobi ECO Chain (HECO) and Ethereum network and that facilitates "dual mining" of liquidity and trade mining. It operates similarly to Uniswap or PancakeSwap DEXes, allowing users to exchange every pair of crypto assets through its pools and automated market-making (AMM) mechanism.[3][4][5][6][7][8][9]

- On January 6, 2021, the project went online and deployed on the Huobi Eco Chain(HECO).
- On March 30, 2021, MDEX Passes CertiK Security Audit with Flying Colors.[10][11]
- On May 24, 2021, Binance has listed MDEX (MDX) in the Innovation Zone.[12][13]
- On July 16, 2021,Huobi Eco Chain (HECO), announced MDEX is on of the 9 nodes that surpassed 1 million votes each in its Global Node Campaign.Nodes is seen as the an important indicator of the stability and decentralization of the HECO ecosystem.[15]
- On October 2, 2021, MDEX announces its deployment on Ethereum Network.[16]
- On October 7, 2021, MDEX ranked at number 1 in terms of development activities,[17]
