Founded in 2010, it owns and operates multiple subsidiaries in television, radio, digital platforms, and media production.[1] The company is one of the largest media conglomerates in Ghana, with a significant presence in news and entertainment.

Media General Ghana was established in 2010 by Dr. Anthony Cudjoe, a Ghanaian pastor, entrepreneur, and businessman. Its initial acquisition was TV3 Network Limited in 2011, giving the company a major foothold in Ghana's television broadcasting industry.
