Megan Grace LeRoy (born July 12, 2000) is an American actress[1]. She starred as Anissa Weier on the REELZ channel special, Copycat Killers. Megan was the youngest[2] ever to win the "Artist Circle Award" at the Northern Virginia International Film Festival[3].

Early life

LeRoy was born in West Washington, D.C.[4] She has a younger sister. Megan has stated that she is gay, and has been "out" since the age of 12.

Career

Megan LeRoy has been featured in the films Heather Has Four Moms[5] and The Land of Owls[1]. She had her television debut in 2019 as the lead on Copycat Killers. The episode was about the real-life Slenderman stabbing[6]. She has also starred in many short films, including Closure[7], Strays, and Lockdown.

Megan is also a screenwriter, and wrote her first script, Bunnyman Bridge, in 2017.[8]

In 2019, LeRoy wrote her second screenplay, Born This Way, which is set to be released in early 2020.[4]
