Mehad Hamad Mehad Mohammed Al Muhairi (Arabic: ميحد حمد), or just Mehad Hamad is an Emirati artist and singer.
He mainly interprets traditional Emirati songs, often accomplished by an oud.[1] He is well known in the United Arab Emirates for his songs about the desert[2] and his patriotic songs.[3]
Hamad occasionally introduces new Khaliji-style songs like "Ya Habibi". He has also worked with Tyrese Gibson,[4] and has set the words of Ousha bint Khalifa Al Suwaidi to music.[5]
