Melanie Williamson
Melanie Williamson (born December 24, 1992), is a Canadian beauty queen, who was crowned Miss Canada International for 2013.[1][2]
Education
Williamson hails from Kitchener, Ontario.[3] She is a graduate from The University of Waterloo, where she completed her Arts and Business Degree with Joint Honours in drama and speech communication.[4][5]
Family & Background
Melanie Williamson was born to Lisa and Gregory Williamson,[6] and has two siblings, Laura and Stuart Williamson.[7]
Career & Involvements
Williamson is a fashion footwear expert and has worked for multiple shoe designers at two different footwear distributors as Marketing Director and Brand Ambassador.[8][9] Williamson has hosted on The Shopping Channel as a Designer Shoes & Fashion Expert, seen here.[10] Williamson is also a professional Actress [11] and can be found in filmed commercials such as this Footlogix commercial [12] and this episode [13] of Web Of Lies. Williamson is also a professional keynote speaker[14] and co-owner of Seriously Marketed.[15][16] Beyond these, Williamson stood as a professional axe thrower, known as The Queen of Axes.[17][18][19] She has assisted in coaching many athletes in the sport, and helped open axe throwing arenas across Canada.[20][21][22][23][24] Williamson, now recognized as Melle Rose[25], is a Canadian Singer & Songwriter signed to SounDrive Records[26] and Future 5TH. She has released pop and pop-country music, including the song Bad Woman[27][28][29] co-written by William Annab[30], and the song Kiss Me Crazy[31][32] co-written with Michael Hanson, from Glass Tiger. Her song has been part of Canada Sound, an award winning album[33], and she has been nominated for awards herself.[34][35]
