Melissa Carone
She made it to the opening skit on SNL's first show of December 2020. I think the totality of her actions and the media response would be more then enough to make this something more then a one trick pony. < Anonymous/Author 06:53, 7 December 2020 (UTC)

Melissa Carone is an actress, freelance IT administrator and the star witness for the 2020 Donald Trump election challenge legal team, featuring Rudy Giuliani.[1][2] Carone, who was working for Dominion Voting Services during the 2020 presidential election count. [3] in her testimony she claimed that ballots were found in "River's" and "Under Rocks", and that people were seen cheating during the election process. Carone stated that she called the F.B.I. on Nov 7th 2020 and during the call, the phone line was cut and she was unable to contact the F.B.I. in subsequent attempts to reach them.[4]
2020 Election Claims[edit]
Carone had worked a 24-hour shift at Detroit’s TCF Center on Election Day. Her job was to troubleshoot election counting computers. She claims her shift started Nov, 3 at 6am and ran for 24 hours to Nov. 4 at 6am.
In her first affidavit that was filed November 10, Carone claimed to "See (Witness) ballots being scanned multiple times and said that vans bringing in meals for election workers were instead transporting tens of thousands of ballots."[5] It was later updated according to the court records.
Her claims in the amended affidavit were widely refuted by the Judge on the case Timothy M. Kenny, chief judge for the Third Judicial Circuit of Michigan stating that she was not a credible witness. The judge also disposed her claims that the company: Dominion Voting Services, had tried to rig the election for President-elect Joe Biden electronically.
The next day: November 11th, Carone appeared on the Fox Business network with the host Lou Dobbs.[6] Her claims seemed to spark confusion in Fox Business host Lou Dobbs."[3] Carone told Dobbs that she had worked a 24 hour shift, starting 6am on Nov 3rd. She then went on to explain that the food vans showed up and did not see anything removed from the vans, yet the vans Carone claimed the vans were not large enough to hold food.
It was reported by Salon the politically progressive/liberal news and opinion website that "Before her testimony Carone gave interviews to right-leaning media where she claimed ballots were being smuggled inside food vans. Her claims even seemed to spark confusion in the Fox Business host: Lou Dobbs."[3]
Dec. 3, Carone appeared in person as a witness before a Michigan House panel inquiry investigating election fraud claims by Donald Trump. Carone at the hearing presented new and additional unfounded claims and then adopted a surly attitude with a Republican Senator who questioned her and asked her if the court was in on the fraud. During the hearing Carone claimed she had been threatened and had to remove her social media accounts yet when her name is searched, her photo with Rudy Giuliani is shown on her Facebook profile.[7]
Michigan House panel Testimony[edit]
Carone was confrontational with the republican staffed panel[8] repeatedly interrupted Republican Rep. Steven Johnson as he, according to SLATE "Struggled valiantly to elicit coherent testimony from her" concerning some kind of voter fraud. Carone then asserted that Republican Rep. Johnson "had done something crazy to the voter book." Giuliani, tried and failed to shush her during her ranting and often confrontational testimony.[9] Her testimony was greeted by laughter from the audience when she suggested that republican lawmakers had "Taken the poll book and did something crazy with it." Members of the audience could be heard laughing at her comment.[4]
Public Reaction[edit]
Shortly after her performance in front of the board, Carone became the late night talk show meme, as Jimmy Kimmel, Stephen Colbert and Jimmy Fallon mocking the Donald Trump legal teams "Star Witness."[10][11][12]
The Guardian reported that "Twitter users compared Melissa Carone to an SNL character after she made bizarre allegations of fraud before the Michigan house."[13]
On SNL's first show of December 2020, cast member Cecily Strong played the roll of Melissa Carone with Kate McKinnon returning to her role as Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani. Strong's performance was the broadcast's opening sketch...[14][14][15][16]

In 2018, according the Inside Edition, Carone was charged with Obscenity (charged under the name "Mellissa Wright")[18] for allegedly emailing sexually explicit videos to her boyfriend's ex-wife.[1] [19][20] Carones, it was reported was recently released from her court ordered probation for the "computer crime." It was reported that Carones made a porn video with her husband and then e mailed it and then reported it to the police claiming the recipient had hacked her phone and stole the homemade porn video.[3] Carone's spent a year on criminal probation that ended Sept. 13. The Wayne County Prosecutor's Office reported that Carone pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor, and that the computer crime charge was also dismissed.[21] Carone had been first arraigned June of 2019 by Southgate District Judge James Kandrevas and was charged with "using computers to commit a crime," according to court records.[21]
